Cameron Markey
I've spent 17 years in this trade, and after that long there isn't much a Dallas home can throw at us that we haven't painted, patched, or prepped before. This company is built around the two things I care about most: my family, and doing work I'd be proud to show them.
Most of my painters have been with me for over a decade. That kind of crew doesn't happen by accident — it happens when you focus on quality and treat every house the way we'd treat our own. That's the whole philosophy: we treat your home as if it's our home.
Our story
Optimized Painting Co. was built by owner Cameron Markey on 17 years in the painting trade. The approach hasn't changed since day one: listen carefully, prepare surfaces properly, and deliver a finish we're proud to put our name on — for homes and businesses across Dallas and North Texas.
We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinets, and commercial work. North Texas is hard on paint — intense sun and UV, big heat swings, spring storms, and the hairline settling cracks that come with clay soil. That's why prep and product choice matter so much here, and why we treat both as the core of every job rather than an afterthought.

Every project is completed by our own trained professionals — never day laborers. That means the people in your home are trained, background-checked, and fully insured, and quality control is built into every step instead of hoped for at the end.
We also only use premium paints from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, matched to each surface and sheen — products chosen to hold their color and finish through Texas summers.
